Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international destinations.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free DHL and USPS shipping on all orders. FedEx Ground is also free for orders over $150.

Is there an age requirement to shop?

Yes, you must be 21+ and pass AgeChecker.net verification to use our site or purchase products.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Check with neighbors or your front door camera if available. Still missing? Email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return an item?

We generally do not accept returns unless you received the wrong item or a product you dislike (e.g., wrong size or color), and it must be unused.

What if my item arrives broken or defective?

We’ll replace broken or defective items. Just email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery or 30 days of ownership.

Do I need to send the broken product back?

No. If it’s broken, dispose of it safely. Please don’t return used or broken items.

Is my data shared or sold?

Yes. We use encrypted, temporary tokens for OTP logins and never store your password—even encrypted.

Are your products FDA-approved?

No. Our vaporizers are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Use responsibly and at your own risk.

Can I use your content elsewhere?

No. All website content is the intellectual property of WeSmoke, LLC. Written permission is required for reuse.

What if I’m a government agent accessing the site?
